The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG(JR+)) is designed to help local enterprises undertake end to end job redesign and workforce transformation. The grant provides comprehensive support across strategy, capability building, and workforce technology adoption.
Enterprises can receive funding support of up to 70% (for SMEs**) and 50% (for non-SMEs), capped at $150,000 per enterprise on a net-billing basis upon completion of project.

Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) defrays up to 70% of qualifying project costs namely third-party consultancy fees, software and equipment, and incremental internal manpower cost. The grant supports projects that help Singapore companies to upgrade their business, innovate or venture overseas, under the (1) Core Capabilities, (2) Innovation and Productivity, and (3) Market Access pillars.
All National Council of Social Service (NCSS) member VWOs and those funded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development may apply for the Organisational Development Grant (ODG) for consultancy projects that bring about organisational effectiveness. The ODG is part of the VWOs – Charities Capability Fund (VCF) administered by NCSS.
Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) which are registered as Institution of Public Character (IPC), and belong to the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) services sector may be eligible to use the Community Silver Trust (CST) for consultancy projects.
