 What a Typical Week Looks Like:

 Monday: Kick off a new client project — diagnose their current HR practices and align on key priorities

 Tuesday: Draft a tailored performance appraisal framework for a growing F&B business

 Wednesday: Facilitate a Zoom implementation briefing session with a new HR executive in a retail  business

 Thursday: Write and refine HR policies (e.g., succession planning, rewards framework)

 Friday: Internal team sharing — review learning points from recent projects and new HR legislation updates

 What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose people and organisational challenges across the full HR spectrum (e.g. hiring, compensation, performance, talent retention)
  • Co-develop customised and implementable HR solutions with clients
  • Write practical HR policy, handbooks and SOPs
  • Conduct client workshops, status reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Stay updated with HR legislation and trends relevant to businesses
  • Maintain high standards of client service and project management

 Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Consulting, HRM, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HRM, HRD, or L&D in an HR generalist or consulting role
  • Familiar with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and system/process-minded

 Tuesday: Respond to learner enquiries and send joining instructions

 Wednesday: Prepare post-course reports and evaluations for clients

 Thursday: Meet with trainers to refine next month’s course materials

 Friday: Process claims, update records, and support our marketing with upcoming course highlights

 

 What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate, schedule and support training programmes, workshops, and seminars
  • Provide quality customer service to ensure learners and clients are well-informed and supported
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and learners on logistics, registrations, and pre-course arrangements
  • Maintain accurate training records and evaluation reports
  • Support membership engagement and marketing when needed

  • Good command of spoken and written English

Experienced corporate trainers / workshop leaders to conduct short courses on the following areas:

  • People Management
  • Leadership and management
  • Legislation
  • Customer Services, Social Media and marketing; etc

Pre-requisites

  • Relevant qualifications and extensive working experience 
  • Proven track record in training and development 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ACTA certified

Responsibilities

  • Develop new channels of publicity
  • Develop solid, trusting relationships with clients
  • Promote seminars / conferences / workshops over the phone, through emails and visitations
  • Identify clients’ learning needs and recommend suitable programmes

Pre-requisites

  • At least a diploma in business management or a similar major
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Strong ethics, professionalism, results and service-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service and relations
  • Support training / membership / marketing
  • Attend to customer inquiries and follow-up
  • General office administration

Pre-requisites

  • O level and above
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Customer service oriented disposition and keen in building relationship with customers
  • Meticulous, result focused and resourceful
